The patent attorneys at our firm have extensive and long-standing experience in the enforcement of intellectual property rights. We represent clients in patent litigations in cooperation with a network of attorneys at law who have special experience with the respective courts. In national proceedings, we represent our clients before the respective regional courts, higher regional courts and the Federal Court of Justice. In international proceedings, we work together with patent attorneys and litigation attorneys from the law firms belonging to our international network. In order to harmonize and effectively coordinate litigation in different legal systems, we form teams of attorneys to optimize the litigation strategy.
